You are more than your transcript

Hi All,

In this episode we are diving into a timely topic now that final course grades have been released - why you are more than you transcript.

For the three years of laws school we were hyper-focused on whether or not our transcript would be good enough to make all of this work worthwhile. Would it tell prospective employers that we would be good employees? Was it reflective of all of the sacrifices? What did it tell us about our futures?

However, it was largely our degrees and bar passage that landed us our first jobs and subsequent jobs. Now that we have been practicing - people care even less about our transcripts.

Our purpose in this episode is to explore all of the things that our transcripts do not measure. If you are in the top 10% of your class - that’s amazing! If you are in the “bottom 90%” - you’re also amazing!
