Hi All,

When we were conceptualizing this podcast, an episode on lists was at the top of our list! We both really love using lists in many aspects of our lives because they help us get a grip so things do not spiral out of control, and if we start a downward spiral it is an easy way to bring us back.

As the Lawyers Who Launch, we want to inspire YOU to find ways to bring more joy into your life. Tips and life hacks are one way to do that and lists are always our default and reset.

In this episode we talk about all different types of lists we use with the hope that you may find help with one or more of our go-to lists. Maybe you do not use many lists in your life and are inspired to try some new lists. Perhaps you are a list lover too and this episode resonates with you because you recognize how important lists are to keeping structure and balance in your life. Whatever your relationship with lists is, we hope that this episode is meaningful to you.

We would love to hear how you incorporate new and old lists into your life.
